    She is 26 inches tall apprx. Hard plastic body/blinking eyes/pursed lips. Dress has paper tags. Found her in a thrift store. Might be walking doll?

      Her maker should be on back of neck . Writing looks Russian to me , Hopefully someone on site reads Russian . She would date around 1960-70 .
