I had a bit of trouble figuring out if this is Vaseline glass or not. It looks a bit to green but I put it with my Vaseline glass and it matching much better with that then it did with my green glass. I do believe a few pieces seem to be on the border of Vaseline and green.
It does have some attributes of Depression Glass but I have not found a pattern match. The handle pattern is a bit different from the pattern on the bowl. Depression Glass tends to have a more consistent pattern.
This bowl is 4 1/2" wide not counting the handles.
I am going to have to hit the Unsolved Mystery button on this.
I think this is Hocking's 'Ringed-Optic' c1929-33 as shown in the linked ad. The pattern is also often seen listed as 'Banded Rings' as at "R", who does have a large fruit bowl listed.

Thank you very much TallCakes. I am thinking now it is green glass so I will have to do a lot of revision.

Love your Vaseline stuff Fort. Nice of Tallcakes to ID it for you. You have a great collection of it and I appreciate your shares because it is so hard to tell in a store on on-line.
Happy hunting...:)
Thank you very much OneGoodFind. Glad I can help. I still need to revise the description.
