Picked this up a while back. I am not sure of what it is. It appears to be a storage trimmer array of some type. The guillotine trimmer has 2 sizes of holes.The bottom has a piece of tape saying it belonged to Father Leo Herzog. Tobacco or .......? 6"solid wood base and the ornate cups are 2"&1-1/2" in diameter. Well made piece. Just found it interesting.
