Hi, I haven't been able to find anything similar online, or any identifying markings on the lamp. It has been electrified, appears to have been gas. I work in a pharmacy, and someone came in a few years back and gave it to my boss, said either that it was a "pharmacy lamp" or came from a pharmacy, not really sure exactly what was said or if any of it is true. Any help identifying it or pointing me in the right direction of where I might find out is appreciated. Boss doesn't have anywhere to put it so he wanted to get rid of it. Thanks. -David
