Hi we have here a slab seal flagon / jug 2 gallon in capacity salt glazed from John Dixon & Co wine & spirit merchants 24 Mosley street Newcastle Upon Tyne
super condition wasp waisted form date early 1850s
first piccy taken on Mosley street

being so precious a survivor me & my little brother travelled down to pick the flagon up , supposedly came from an old farm house in the region
