This boat was hand made by Ralph Neely in 1940, it was an exact replica of the one that was at the Port of Vallejo at Mare Island in California. The boat was given to me by his only daughter named Phyllis Neely who is now 92 years young whom i have been helping and doing all of her maintenance needs since 2004, and she has been a wonderful friend. Her father was always making things in all area's from woodworking, electronics, combustion engines everything. I wish i could of known him. I love this steamboat and treasure it, i've refinished it and had to re do the old wiring because when i plugged it in the wires started smoking, a motor turns the paddle wheel while it sets on its docking bay surrounded with a scenery which is overall length of 55" by 37" and 30" tall, the boat is 46" by 9" and 20" high and i am not sure if its made to set sea. As far as the name of the boat i do not know, i have tried searching the net but never came up with anything. I am so glad to share this treasure on this website, thank you for allowing me to post this. Thank you Phyllis Robert L. Wieda
