The last version that the 2nd Republic issued and used from 1934 to 1939. Only about 20-30% of officials were issued the service passport with the majority being given the regular blue-jacket passports, marked GRATIS inside. This is the 3rd sample I have seen and found in over 10 years of collecting. It was issued in December 1938 and used during the last year up to the war. Some of the visas inside include the very rare Slovakian legation to Warsaw that existed for about 5 months before the out break of war: The legation in Poland was one of the earliest diplomatic missions they had, being active for a handful of months only. Most visas are located in war-time issued passports and not in pre-war travel documents.
