    Can anybody help me identify this tool ,
    Just pulled it out of my shed .
    Looks like some form of handcranked drill press but not sure what spring mounted pinchers are for I can't make out make his name very heavy very well made someone said it could be something to do with railway lines ???? An any help

      Looks like a fixture for making the upper 1/2 of calf high boots that I have seen as part of WWI Infantry uniforms or any lace up high work boots
