Victorian pink cased glass vase with applied flower

Here's a new addition that arrived last week, a Victorian pink cased glass vase with a double crimped top & an applied flower. The vase measures 17 cm tall & 11 cm wide across the top rim. The flower is blue spatter with a yellow spatter centre, the leaves are amber with some spatter as well.
No idea of the maker, but I'm leaning towards a Bohemian origin.
