I bought my house in 1982 from an estate. The attic had a number of older items in it, including lamps. This is the third of a group that I'm posting hoping to get some of your expert opinions. I know nothing about lamps and/or what is collectible. The lamp is solid and heavy for it's size.

It looks to have been rewired (does it say Levitron on the part that holds the bulb?)

      No. It says:

      660 W 250 V
      P & S
      PATENTED

Nice lamp part. Levitron only refers to the lamp socket usually and has nothing to do with the lamp company as those parts are standard on any lamp basically of the 20 century. Your lamp has a beautiful base of the art deco period, possibly of 1927. Not sure of light socket, esp size as in photo, can be changed easily to adapt for a small voltage bulb.
