      If you could take a photo without the glare or reflection - it would make the signature clearer.

      I'm very happy to report I found the painter. Lobel Riche. He was famous for sketching erotica. Women in very compromising positions. I wonder why he did this painting? A boring old fishing boat in comparison to his usual works?? Look up his paintings. Warning some are very graphic!!!
