The seller tried to find information on this clock and then I tried and had the same results. It has no markings and nothing like this comes up when searching leather clock etc.
The clock face is only 2" across so this is a fairly small clock. Probably a desk clock or bedroom clock like the Pyralin vanity set clocks.
The leatherwork on this looks very good. Everything is even and looks like a production piece as opposed to arts and crafts.
The lanyard is missing on most of it but the leather seems to have fused together. Could be 100 years old or it could be 50 it is hard to say.
Looks like something meant to go in an old school man cave. Wood paneling and so on. Kind of looks like something that would go in a 1930s-1950s cabin.
Fits your abode well!
