    Hi CW Gang ~

I thought I had posted this, but appears not. Did another one that is Multicolored.

    http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/124028-chalet-art-glass--canadian

......Any way this Amber piece has Really long arms, Either Chalet Glass (or Lorraine Glass). I would say From around the 60's/70's era. Those long tall arms are about 16 inch tall arms that reach upward....amazing they have survived !!

This is an Amber one, The Multicolored ones are a more desirable than one solid color of glass, but then I think it also depends on the Color of the ones that are not multicolored. Lorraine Glass had more kinda lobes on the base. Interesting bottom

Thanks for LOOKING // LOVING !!

    ~ Rose ~

Much as I love these pieces, I'm sorta glad I don't have any. The fear! The fear!

lol.....so true. At least these arms go up.

I had that other one that was like 21 inch long arms. The Uranium Chalet Glass. That WAS a wide piece. It needed lots of space like a coffee table....which it was probably made for....LOL

That's real pretty Rose! I almost bought a piece with the outward arms, nah...couldn't do it. I wasn't quite sure who made it and I had already been fooled with my little paperweight. Besides, I would have bought it to sell and shipping then becomes my concern. haha I have shipped a Murano clown, I think I posted here a while back...anyway I packed and unpacked it and repacked it again at least 3 times. It made it safely but I was worried the whole time!

This is the first piece of Chalet glass you've posted in a long time Rosie. You know how I love their work with its long, flowing lines and beautiful colors. Luv it!

@ racer4four... LOL. karen. Now come on - ya need a little Canadian there in Assie Land! Maybe just a Canadian beer, Much easier to handle !!

@ jscott0363 ... So True, and amazing how these Glass pieces lasted so long. I here....am kinda a Klutz, and knock things over !!

@ Nicefice ... Thanks for the comment. Some people *just* collect Amber colored Glass things.

@ shareurpassion ... Oh you should have bought it, just to have in your home. It really would have Grown on you!!

@ bijoucaillouvintage ... Thanks so much for the wonderful comment !! xoxo

@ Rick55 ... Thanks Rick as always!! Your Glass pieces look amazing. You still might have to have one piece of chalet Glass there in your home, sitting on your table there!! ~ Maybe ?? Does Gloria like Chalet glass ?

Gloria's not familiar with Chalet glass Rosie. I only share with her things that I know she likes, and she's not as crazy about glass as me.
Actually I only have 3 tables - two end tables and a dining room table - and each has a piece of Murano already... I just have no room.

This is made by EDAG, a contemporary of Chalet. They operated out of Montréal. The giveaway is the narrow, pinched toes on the base. Neither Chalet, nor Lorraine did that. The name stand for four family members who started/ran the company. Elio, Danilo, Agnes, and Giorgio
