    I think this may say Johnsons bros underneath this cup but when I tried to research this I couldn't find a mark like it? The blue parts look hand painted so perhaps it is one of the older patterns. If anyone could help with information that would be great!

      I'm not sure if it's a Johnson Bros. or not. But, it is quite beautiful!

      Yes I agree jscotto it must be quite difficult to have a steady hand with all that painting!

      Looks like it begins with an”M” to me. Try taking a “rubbing” of the mark with a piece of paper and a pencil or crayon.
      Maybe Mettlach from Germany, later became part of Villeroy & Boch
      The piece is often referred to as a cream soup bowl or bouillon cup
