I love finding stuff like this baby! i think he's pretty old too - maybe 1940s or 50s? he's in perfect shape and even has moss and lichen growing on it. can't wait to plant something really cool in it!
i still wish we had a 'Garden' category!

There was a "garden" category on here at one point? Just out of curiosity, are you able to post pics of plants?
i've never seen a 'Garden' category on CW. i've posted pics of plants before, although the subject of the photo has been the planters or garden tchotchkes around them.
I remember my grandfather had a lifesize cement one on his front lawn in New Jersey in the seventies.
