Vintage Youth Guitar -- Unknown Maker

Hi CW Gang ~

A youth Guitar as it is a bit smaller than a regular guitar. Found at a Garage sale years ago. Looked, and looked for any marks or label and Nothing. Only thing is what I posted that it said at the top of the neck. Looks to be built pretty good, and not like a toy item. Just wish I could have figured out the maker. I no longer have this, as I gave it to my son, then my son sold it to a friend. So these are all the pic I have of it anymore. If you can shed any ideas or info on this -- It is Welcomed !!
