      It is Southern Railway. I'm not so sure about the syrup part however. Syrup is very messy and sticky. Usually a syrup pitcher has a permanently attached underplate to catch the drips. I would say it is milk or cream. That is just my opinion.

      Thank you very much I thought creamer as well just happy to hear it is railroad as it will be a gift for my nephew that's loves the railroad.
