1986 D multiple errors

I went through some pennies I had and came across this 1986 D penny. The D is actually struck on the penny 3 times. Once across the 8 and once across the D that is in the proper place. The nose of Lincoln also has some type of blob on it. The detail on the penny is very clear. I tried looking for similar coins to get an idea of it's worth but can't find one anywhere. Does anyone have any idea on it's value?
