HELP me identify age and material.

Sorry for the picture. The dust really shows in it. This is a large wall piece about 3 ft wide by 2 foot tall and is copper colored metal no marks anywhere. I haven't been able to find anything similar in design or size. The leaves are welded(soldered) to the main vines as are the petals of the flowers to the base of the center of the flower. The leaves and petals are pretty detailed and the piece is solid except the leaves will break off at the weld point quite easily when trying to store it or move it.
