Snuff and stuff

This is my favorite cobalt blue snuff bottle. It's carved to look like an elephant. The top is a gold tone filigree with some stone on top. Doesn't look like jade to me, but it could be. The spoon is also gold tone and not the usual bone or ivory you typically find. There are 0 markings on it, so I know nothing about it. There is a similar one on ebay for $5999. But it's shaped different and the feet are marked. So, I'm guessing mine is a knock off, but a beautiful one at least. Anyone know anything about these things? Thanks for looking!
