I know nothing about this cabinet. It's been around as long as I have (55 years) and my mother said she bought it used. If anyone can offer any information it would be greatly appreciate. Thank you!

Looks like a very nice 1930's mahogany veneer hutch. Are there any markings, letters or numbers on the back of the cabinet or the under part of the brass ring pulls?

Ritamsg, I never thought to look under the pulls. Thanks for letting me know. It looks like K963, however, the 3 could be an s or 8, but I think it's 3. I checked all four and it's difficult to tell. Does this help to provide and additional information? Thank you again, I appreciate it.

The K stands for Keeler Brass Company. The number is the model or part number. These are solid brass cabinet / drawer pulls. The company has been around for more than 100 years and is actually still in business. You have a very beautiful hutch that is around 90 to 100 years old, and still looks great!

Wow! Thanks so much Rosie. I was considering trying to sell it (that's why I posted it, to get info) but soon changed my mind. It's one piece that my parents had together and my sister and I grew up with. They're all gone now. I'm keeping it as a remembrance of them. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.

Hello. I, too, have a family owned cabinet similar to your's. Mine has a brass plate inside of the drawer that reads: "Russell T. Hatch Furniture Co. 1 Washington St. Boston Mass". The pulls are the same. The wood strips on the glass is criss-crossed. The top is roof shaped with a wood circle with a ribbon running through it. Mine is for sale but I do not know the style name or value. Perhaps someone remembers the Russell T. Hatch store.
