This bag measures 10 x 7 x 4. Found it at a local thrift store for $4.99 and fell in love with it. The sticker on the inside of the strap leads me to believe it may have been made in September of 1979 and the stamp indicates that it was made in Frannie, WY, but I'm not sure if I am interpreting this right or not.
Just curious, does anyone know any history on this? I'm more concerned with the story behind it than the value because I'm not giving this one up :).

I remember buying my mom one similar in the year 1974, these were popular !
My father made this purse. He made leather and had a small leather shop in Frannie Wyoming for a few years. He was killed in 1980 in Montana. I was shocked to see this. I have one similar. This is a treasure. If you ever want to get rid of it let me know. I only have a few small things he made as I was 4 when he passed away. ??
