Suburbia Ware

I do not own most of these pieces (just a small plate from this set) Anyway, this is some of the pieces from the Suburbia Ware line of 1964 by McCoy Pottery Co. These proved to be popular and the claim for being "heavily durable" was proven true, as some still use these pieces today. These came in blue, butterscotch, and brown and carry a McCoy uSA Ovenproof 641 mark. This is the only error I know of that affects multiple pieces from the same line. As you can see in the photos, the McCoy uSA mark is broken. The C looks like ,. in the second picture, and like common "bits" found on many potteries from this period in the first. That being said, the mark in the second pic looks like McC,.oy. Interestingly I have only found this error on brown pieces, mainly bowls. (see pictures)
