This is one line I'm sure you remember! These are planters from McCoy's Harmony line. As TONS of them can be found in antique stores and such, it proves that this was one of, if not the most successful line McCoy produced. Introduced in 1961, this line consisted of tall planters with a more spherical shape, while the shorter, yet longer planters were more like gravy boats (hence the name "boat" planters) a larger size of the boats was available as well. They came in the colors shown above.
These carry a McCoy uSA mark and unlike many lines at the time, do not carry a style number.
