I WRIGHT SALT GLAZED FLAGON LONDON 1850S

The City of London Poll Book for 1837 lists a John Wright, vintner, at 124 Ratcliff Highway, so I expect it was from him. "I"s and "J"s were often used interchangeably at that time.
