This is a mid-century perfume atomizer by Nacon. Mainly referred to as the 'lighter' style. It's base is chrome and the front has black enamel with a diamond cut, classic atomic motif in the center and two corners.
I was very hesitant to do this but I did list it and sold it just recently. Feeling on the bad side about it as it belonged to my grandmother. I answered the lady's question about it while I was out and then heard the "cha-ching", sold sound. When I got home, I went to send the lady a message...Can you even believe that this lady that bought the atomizer actually has the same name, I mean the SAME name as my grandmother!!! That is beyond ironic! I had to tell her and she was ecstatic about the whole thing as much as I was! It was just meant to be. (the little mouse is a perfume bottle which was her's too).
The little jewelry box was made in W Germany, I posted these together to show MOX, a new CW member the tapestry and the origin so that it may help her locate her atomizer because of the possible similarities.
Thanks for looking!

Thank you for the love bijoucaillouvintage, would it be ok with you if I shorten your user name to BV??? I can barely spell it let alone pronounce it. It actually 'looks' like it sounds nice but I'm just clueless about it ;) No offense.
hi there Phil, thanks for stopping in! Always appreciated!
Kerry, nice to see you!!!! I'm glad you stopped by as I actually have a question for you about a watch. I'll post it so you can maybe lend your opinion! Thanks ;)
They're both so BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
Beautiful ! after I read your background on it I see why they refer to it as a lighter style . At first glance I thought it was a lighter :-) Unique !
Just bouncing in to see if your computer is cooperating yet.... Kerry
Thank you Mr J for stopping in and always so kind! Very appreciated!
Thank you Ms Mani! Yes, these do look just like lighters, they're just a tad bit heavier than most. I still have other things that belonged to her so I don't think she would have minded. Wonder if the new owner is an actual relative?!? We'll see ;)
I appreciate that Kerry. So far so good for the moment...I just snapped a couple quick pics, I've got to see how they came out. Will post shortly and probably catch up tomorrow, I'm crossing my fingers ;)
Wow, my PC is really doing a job on me...It didn't show the next few that stopped by yesterday!
I didn't forget you!

Very cute little booger Sue! When I first saw the pic, I thought it was a miniature cigarette lighter, then when I read your post, I see that's how it was supposed to look. Super cool :-)
As you know I'm playing catch-up LOL
Hi Nutsy!!! Thanks for stopping in and leaving your comment. Always appreciated!

Hi :) I just bought a nacom atomizer, but I have no idea on how to open/refill it ???? it surely works, because there's some old perfume coming out of it. Could you help me? You know how could I open it? Thank you. ????
