I bought this beautiful oil on canvas painting at an estate sale. I don't know the age of the painting or much of the artist. I would really like to know more about W. Harlock and the specific location that is illustrated.
I'd love to know who is W. Harlock. Where is he from? Any back ground info? I couldn't find his portfolio online, perhaps he's passed? I would just love to know some info about the artist who created this beautiful painting that I've grown to love so much. And I'm also very curious of the location of this painting. Thank you!

Have you tried Havelock it kinda looks like that to me on the name.
