Victorian yellow - green uranium glass vase with two applied flowers

This Victorian vase is made from pale uranium yellow shading to a deep green at the top. It has a swirling striped pattern & two applied flowers in pink & yellow. Measuring 22 cm tall, 4.5 cm across the top rim & 5.5 cm across the base, it has a rough snapped pontil mark. Possibly Bohemian?
When it arrived, it had a deposit of a putty like substance inside, which took hours of careful cleaning with a thin piece of wire to dislodge.
