Would like information about this painting. Inherited form mother-in-law from East Coast of Canada. Have tried to decipher signature but not having any luck. Love the scene and the colours; it almost looks like a sketch that has been painted with watercolours. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

This is an colored etching and it wouldn't surprise me if it came from Belgium.

The printing in the left bottom corner as pictured, A63/250 does that indicate an original or is this a print?

It is a print. This print is printed 250 times and this is print number 63.

Thank you. Any idea of who the signature belongs to? I have not been able to correctly decipher it.
