A slice of Banded Agate, but not a geode.

Has the look of a Brazilian agate.

Thanks, have no clue as just bought it a couple days ago for $ 4.99 - but got 50% off that price with my discount, so I figured why not buy it...LOL.

So it was like only $ 2.50 ;-)

What a great piece Rosie! I've always been crazy about polished rocks like this, I find them so beautiful especially when they have both sides - a nice big natural side and the polished side... I love it!

@Rick55 - LOL, Rick - When I was a kid I wanted the Rock Polishing machine that was in the Xmas Simpson Sears Wish Book.....I always like rocks too, and even now when I see on that sparkles even in the sunshine this ~ old Crow ~ has to pick it up......LOL

hahaha Rose, I just read what you said right above to Rick! Too funny, I pick up rocks too, not as much anymore but I do pick them up. I love, love Arizona rocks. Yours is really pretty too. There's another piece of yours that makes for great book ends. Knowing you, you will find it!
