secretary's desk, with brass and copper inlays

I would like to know if this is old , maybe from a early era,

Looks like Mahogany wood, if the lid is open, there is 11 open areas to put envelopes etc, one drawer in the middle with brass handle, out side on the lid and drwaers (5) there is copper and brass inlays, and crafted patterns on the edges

=/- 1.5m high, 2 m wide and 350 to 400 deep
