    this is what i believe to be a chamber pot. It was found at an abandoned landfill. The weird thing is the landfill opened in the 1930's bit the chamber pot(i think) is much older, let me know please if you know anything about the possible chamber pot.

      I'm wondering why they would paint the inside of a chamber pot with red runs ? LOL!!

      yeah I'm not sure about the paint either but it looks like it was applied after the pottery was made.

      You don't give dimensions, but most likely it's a bean pot, minus the lid

      It's a bean pot. Made like this all the way into the 1960s, albeit not usually so deformed.
