This small Victorian vase is made from a single layer of opaque glass. The colour is difficult to define - in the photos it looks a greyish white, but in person it is more a pale blue, subtly leaning towards grey.
There is an applied flower, made from spatter glass, which has a nice mixture of colours in it - cobalt blue, pink, yellow - & a milky mauve opalescence as well. The flower's stem is amber & the leaf bright blue. There is a snapped pontil mark on the base. It measures 14 cm tall, 8 cm across the crimped top rim & 5.5 cm across the base.
Perhaps Bohemian?
