Williams Soccer Pinball, Production 1964-1972

Picked up the (1964-1972) William Soccer as "barn find" for $75 in Aug of 2011. The paint on the right and the front of the base cabinet had all of the paint washed and worn off from from a leaky roof and not correctly stored. The back glass was okay, and the playfield was extremely dirty as was everything else. Like a lot of projects it started out with a bang and I tore it all apart, then all of a sudden ended up as push in the corner for a rainy day. Well I guess a rainy day finally hit plus some encouragement from the wife, grandchildren. It is not perfect and the paint job on the cabinet of my own design, but it seems to work well and is now part of the arcade. (I may not being doing that again). :-). In recent thinking, probably...
