Found on ebay > Was being sold as a "SMALL WOODEN PAPER ROLL HOLDER, PAPER DISPENSER,"
To cool of a piece not to to grab up for my collection > The rolls of paper were put in by seller thinking it was a paper dispenser(?)
Patent number > US138877
The holder measures 12" x 5 3/8" x 7 3/4". Each brass arm is stamped, "Pat'd May 13, 1873."
