A distant cousin of mine who was a gold prospector circa 1900 in Manila Phillipine Islands. I wonder if he's posing somewhere in the walled city? He looks ready to shoot first and ask questions later!

I started to put together my family tree when I found all of these photos in my Mom's garage. I Don't know much about him other then what was written on the back of the picture. Thank you for the tip re: the uniform Scottvez! Now I have another avenue to research!
