These stamps are in my stamp collecting book from my Grandfather. They all say Francelli Bandiera 1844-1944 Repubblica Sociale Italiana. One is .25 cent, 1 L and 2.50 L. I cant tell what they say above the postage amount.
That is Poste above the digits and Cent. for Centesimi.
Fratelli Bandiera.
The reference is to the brothers Attilio (1811–1844) and Emilio Bandiera (1819–1844) who were Italian nationalists and martyrs during the period called the Risorgimento which led to the creation of a Unified Italy round 1871.
