Went with a friends to my first flea market visit of this year today and this is the outcome :))

Pretty art deco necklace from brass + glass beads- marked on the ring - not sure without the loupe but it looks like Made in Cechoslovakia (should be correctly Czechoslovakia BTW... did they do a spell mistake back then?)

This necklace was bought by that friend, who is crafty and originally intended to re-use the glass beads in her jewelry project. She paid 1 EUR for it. She just liked the high quality beads - as the necklace is damaged. I noticed that there is something written on the ring and begged her not to re-use the necklace. So we agreed on jewelry swap and she received from me some earrings instead.

I hope that I can restore the necklace if I find some good beads - will be a nice lentilkazation.

Bohemia is the same as Czech republic today = Czech part of former Czechoslovakia. The state is and was called Ceskoslovensko, Ceskoslovenska republika in both Czech and Slovak language.
In Austria they use german version = Tschechoslowakei. So I guess the spelling is not due to german language.

Come to think of it, some foreign / english words were used differently in the 1930s - 1940s in czech language, as they are used today...since Czechoslovakia is the english version of state name, might be that is was simply not clear which form to use in first years of the state...
