Found this at a local flea market and did a little more research online after I picked it up. I know it is a bowling ball scale and I think it's c.1920 or 30s. The original counterweights are missing, but it's a pretty cool device to randomly display; I love the patina. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
That' a very cool & odd piece!
This is kind of like inventing a bottle opener with 22 moving parts.
