The photos show some spots but in real life this necklace is in pretty good condition. I have a similar plastic necklace without the metal parts and I think that one dates to the 1970's. Because I have not yet found one like I am posting today for comparison, and the necklace is unmarked, I am not sure if this one dated to the 1970's as well or if it is a later one.
In any case, this necklace seems to be well made and the quality is not bad.

Many thanks for your comment, davyd286. I wasn't sure if I should buy it but when I held it in my hand, I noticed that the quality wasn't bad. I am sure it will look good in the summer, when/if it comes:)
