Federal glass set with stainless steel urn, is it for Turkish coffee?

Estate sale find, I can find nothing on the internet about the stainless urn. I see these glasses on Internet described as shot glasses, but the fact the glass has a handle makes a reasonable person wonder why, because the handle would be beneficial for the use of drinking a hot beverage. So I'm thinking that this set was for Turkish coffee.

The stainless is stamped with FP in the center with 2 rams on either side it is faint but I think I read Federal Products with the word stainless beneath.

I would love any assistance in identifying this beverage set.

I think it is very quaint and charming that the set was found complete and in fabulous condition.
