Hopefully Mani should come by and help solve your mystery, she is the resident doll genius !
Circa appx 1915 she is a character face doll vs a dolly face so more sought after . Character dolls are smiling laughing and look more animated than a doll face doll . Called a Bisque socket head .
Here is one like yours do not use as a price guide since that is just this sellers opinion and also the doll is on what is called a flapper body and you don't show the body of yours . She is mold 560 a , she has no name but you just use mold number . D.R.M.R. - Deutsches Reich Muster Rolle, protected patent.just means registered design number .The numbers in middle of head are just referring to mold size

Very nice doll . Would like to see her body . She does has a replaced wig which decreases her value and any cracks or chips in head would . Her body looks like one of the lesser quality ones unlike the one on link and I am not sure what that is on leg photo ,but your body looks like light weight composition or paper mache vs good composition so can you show it better ?
Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Your welcome and this can marked solved :-)
