Victorian cased glass thorn vase

This Victorian glass thorn vase is made from cased glass - lemon yellow with a white interior, with the yellow having a small amount of uranium which creates a weak glow under UV. The vase measures 21.5 cm tall, 3.5 cm across the top rim, & 8 cm across the applied clear base, which has a half daisy head pattern. It is covered all over in rustic pull out decoration. I think this vase is most likely English.
