I have always been a huge Cinderella fan and bought this little watch before Christmas. BUT in the book by Hy Browns this watch has the name Cindy on the watch face and mine says Cinderella hmmmmm come on then all you Poirot's and solve the mystery. ps if you think it's a fake I won't be upset. It cost me less than £20 so am happy either way. X
Same watch but different case and strap:

Not a fake.....These were made around 1975-80, I have one also marked Cinderella. Thanks for sharing this.
Thank you Kerry and Efesgirl, brilliant comments. Her lost slipper ticks away with the seconds and I'm delighted with my little buy. X
Oops sorry forgot to mention the manufacturer...... Webster
That's so cool!! Believe it or not, we have a Cindi Rella that works for our company.

Ps am waiting for Kerry to give the full info on Webster. English ? American ? Always love the trivia x
Hello Kay,
Webster watches and a Us company in New York. During the 1970's they produced several "animated" character watches, Cinderella, Peter Pan and Woody Woodpecker just to name a few. You can always tell a Webster from others by the broad hands. The Swiss movements were produced by Microsoft and shipped in bulk to Webster, where they assembled complete watch, packaged and sold.
Hope this trivia is helpful.
