I'm stumped, can you identify this beautiful HEAVY CLEAR cut crystal fruit or center bowl with rolled rim? It is 7" in height, approx 8" diameter. The base is hexagonal with a polished "pontil". Hollow stem! Can't find a mark, so far anyway. I found (online) two similar pieces shown on completed Skinner auctions described as "Anglo-Irish 19th century" but those had a square base. Also found a completed listing on RubyLane antiques website of a similar rolled edge piece (tulip vase) with fluted cuttings, described as Dutch circa 1836, this one had similar cuttings but on a sterling silver base. I see Dorflinger made some rolled edge pieces; I see Baccarat often made pieces with a hexagonal base. Thanks in advance to anyone who can identify and date this beautiful item.
