Loetz Mimosa vase with applied ring handles

I believe that this vase is an example of Loetz Mimosa. It is a beautiful yellow green color with gold foil on the crackled exterior. The gold does not show up well in my photos. There are applied glass ring handles. The applied looped handle does flourecse faintly under uv light. It does not have a polished pontil mark, which bothered me at first glance, I feel that because the thin nature of the glass and the slightly concave shape of the base it would have probably broken through the glass if they has polished it.
