Martin Morrison was a late 19th century Iowa photographer and painter.
This business advertisement is mounted on a stereoview card. Condition is rough, but acceptable to me based on the scarcity of the image.
From online information, Morrison is believed to have taken images in both Iowa and in Norway. Typically, he would take images of Norwegian families in the US and then deliver them to relatives in Norway. While in Norway, he would take images of those still in Norway and pass them onto families upon his return to the US!
Morrison was a very enterprising photographer and very skilled with the camera based on some of the still life views that I have.
I will post a few of the still life views as separate postings.
