This doll is 11" tall. He is handmade, his face is cloth and his legs are wire.
the feet are some kind of plaster. I keep trying to figure out if he is supposed to be a hobo or some historical person.
It might be a Kammer and Reinhardt German Cloth Stockinette Character Doll .
The series of "hochoriginelle charakterfiguen" highly original character dolls" were offered in the KR catalog of 1926 and included dolls representing various occupations and nations.
This is a example of their dolls. Do not use price since that is only the sellers opinion .
