    Although not very clear from my photographs (sorry!) the buttons carry the seal of the Navy Department i.e. eagle, anchor and sailing ship. With the words 'The Atlantic' below. They are small - just over 1/2" (1.5cm) diameter. I think they are made of light weight brass. Any help in identifying them will be much appreciated.
