Copper and Brass Bird Ashtray with Green Rhinestone Eyes

I found this cute little ashtray over 25 years ago in an antique store. He is 3 3/4" tall and beak to tail about 3 1/2 wide. It is marked on the bottom Hecho en ? co. Which is spanish for made in ? (cannot read this word). I know part of him is brass and not sure if the darker metal is copper or not. Anyone know anything about it or seen one similar? I put a pretty marble in his back and he has green rhinestone eyes.
